You can place an order by emailing Tori@palmandplatters.com.au or messaging us on Instagram or Facebook. We’ll confirm availability and help you choose the right box or table for your occasion.


We recommend a minimum of 48 hours notice for most boxes and at least one week for grazing tables or large custom orders. Last-minute orders may be possible depending on availability.


Absolutely. We can provide vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. Please mention any dietary needs when placing your order. Some variations may incur a small surcharge. Please note, we are not an allergen free kitchen. 


Yes, we offer delivery throughout Port Douglas, Mossman, and surrounding areas. Delivery beyond these points may be available on request and may include a delivery fee. 


Our boxes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery. Keep them refrigerated until you're ready to serve. For grazing tables, items are arranged to last for the duration of your event, but we recommend consuming perishable items within 2–3 hours of setup.


Yes! Our boxes are the best surprise gift for any special event. Just send us a message with what box you want and we will deliver!


Yes, we offer tailored grazing boxes for businesses including bulk orders, recurring boxes and customisation options. Head to our Corporate page or email us to discuss your needs.


Yes. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the box will be left in a safe location at the property, and the recipient will be notified. Please note that once delivered, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the box, especially due to heat or pests. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order where possible.
